Most pet owner won't have as much time as a dog trainer would to effectively handle a hyperactive dog. But setting small goals daily is just the same and will help for puppies learning and developing skills.
  1. 1. Five minutes a day of mental and impulse control can help tire out any ative thinking or moving puppy. Let's be honest long thirty minute walks can actually trigger some dogs activity level. So working the mental and impulse urges to jet out doors or chase a ball can really work wonders.

  2. Five minutes a day of basic obedience training can help go a long way with the connection and focus level of any dog. Just not working with your dog will give them the idea of doing what they want when they want which can ultimately cause trouble down the line. Having a hyperactive non listening dog is not fun and a hassle.
